Memory Safe

A Memory Safe is now available on selected hardwood and bronze caskets manufactured by Batesville Casket Company. The drawer can be used to secure and display letters, photographs, and other cherished mementos inside the casket. Located at the foot cap header, the drawer can be displayed open during viewing to invite friends and relatives to reminisce and share memories or kept closed for private keepsakes. Batesville Casket Company provides cards for family and friends to write notes for placement in the Memory Safe. Some of the note cards have been designed with young children in mind and this has proven especially helpful as they express their feelings about the loss of a relative or friend. The casket with the Memory Safe thereby serves as a personal memorial and provides valuable emotional closure for family and friends.
